Endostar Sonic Spreader Files 25, 33mm
Important warnings:
- Endostar Spreader Sonic files are designed for devices like Endo-Chuck 120° or 95°
(f.e. Endostar Sonic File Holder 120° or 95°). - It is not recommended to use Endostar Spreader Sonic Files for enlarging root canals.
- It is recommended to rinse the canal with sodium hypochlorite.
- It is recommended to use ultrasound with minimum power to control the possibility of breakage of the file in the canal.
- File in canal should be passively moving up and down (never by force) not to succumb to its curvature or stuck in the canal.
- It is not recommended to use other energy sources while using ultrasonic devices.
- Ultrasonic files should be placed into the root canal always in standby mode, approx. 1-2 mm shorter than the working length. Only then we could turn on the ultrasound device.
Sterilization
Autoclave in 134 degrees. Recommended sterilization time: 3 minutes at 2.1 bar overpressure.

Titanium is tissue compatible and has no corrosion or galvanic reaction associated with other metals.
These retention pins are not merely a threaded wire pushed into a shaft, but they are machined out of a solid rod of premium pure titanium with a Swiss watch precision cut thread, which is smooth-cutting and giving maximum of retention.They also have a self soft-shearing shaft, shearing without causing unnecessary stress to the dentine.
Part of the original solid rod of titanium is precision molded into the shank for greater stability. The Nordin Titanium Pins are also available in a blue Dental Brand packaging.
How to use this product
Drill hole in dentine where pin retention is desired avoiding closeness to pulp and outside of tooth.
Insert shaft of pin in standard contra angle.
Put point of pin at appropriate R.P.M. to pre-drilled hole and pin will center into and penetrate to the bottom and automatically break off from shank
